The services that FemTherapeutics provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use of www.femtherapeutics.com site (“Site”).

By accessing this Site, you are consenting to the Terms of Use as described below.

These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Site and/or to all FemTherapeutics subsidiaries, affiliates and partners’ sites in addition to their own Terms of Use. By using this Site you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which will take effect immediately on your first use of the Site.

1. DESCRIPTION AND USE OF SERVICES

• Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancel bots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property of another.
• Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless such Communication Services specifically allows such messages.
• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

FemTherapeutics has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, FemTherapeutics reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. FemTherapeutics reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

3. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FemTherapeutics reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as FemTherapeutics deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in FemTherapeutics sole discretion.

Managers and hosts are not authorized FemTherapeutics spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of FemTherapeutics.

FemTherapeutics does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Services and, therefore, FemTherapeutics specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services. Under no circumstances will FemTherapeutics and/or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates and partners be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the Site regardless of the form of action.

4. NO WARRANTY

7. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in compliance with the laws of Canada and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Canada.
