About fem’s Prolapse Support Pessary

Our Prolapse Support Pessary is a soft, inflatable device designed to gently lift and support the vaginal walls to help reduce symptoms like pressure, heaviness, or bulging. Unlike traditional pessaries, ours is designed for at-home use.

The pessary is inserted compactly using our disposable applicator. Once in place, it inflates to your ideal level of support and can be worn for up to 14 days before being replaced.

Yes. The device is made from medical-grade materials and is being cleared through the FDA. Each unit is single-use, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

We recommend starting with our Sizing Kit, which includes four trial sizes and everything you need to find your best fit at home. Our sizing system is different from traditional pessaries, so even experienced users should begin with the kit.

If you’ve already used the Sizing Kit or have been sized previously by a clinician familiar with fem’s system, you can order refills in your chosen size and our standalone pump.

Safety & Medical Questions

Our pessary is being cleared for over-the-counter use, meaning you won’t need a prescription.

Some users may experience temporary spotting or discharge when first using a pessary. If discomfort persists, stop use and consult a clinician.

Yes, many symptomatic users fall into these categories. Always consult your provider if unsure.

Subscriptions & Account Management

You can choose to receive pessary refills every 1, 2, or 3 months based on your use pattern. Each refill box includes 6 pessaries, which equals three months of supply.

Yes, anytime. You can pause, skip, or adjust your delivery schedule by logging into your account and clicking on your profile. From here, you’ll be able to edit your subscription in the following ways: update product, add a new product to your subscription, apply a discount, skip a shipment, gift a shipment to a friend, change the next order date, change your billing info, or cancel your subscription.

If you are starting with the Sizing Kit, you will receive the inflation and deflation pump you need. Refills include pessaries only unless you choose to add an extra pump replacement.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

We currently ship within the U.S only. Canada and additional regions will be added soon.

If you have an active subscription, shipping is free. However, if you are making a one-time purchase, shipping costs will apply and will vary by location (you can see this at checkout).

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery time varies by location at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you are unable to locate the tracking number, start a live chat or send us an email at support@femtherapeutics.com with your order ID.

Access your profile on the top right corner of our website. From here, select “Manage Account” and then “Delivery Addresses” to update your shipping address. We are unable to change your address if your order has already been placed.

For health and safety reasons, all our products are non-returnable.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support for a replacement. Simply start a live chat or email us at info@femtherapeutics.com.

We unfortunately do not take insurance at the moment for the fem’s Prolapse Support Pessary. We’re actively working toward eligibility for HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) coverage so you can use pre-tax dollars for your purchase.
