Twist the tube collar to open the nozzle, then squeeze the tube to dispense the gel onto the silicone head. Tap or glide directly over the surface of the intravaginal device you want to lubricate.

If applying directly to the vaginal area, dispense the gel onto your fingers and apply as needed. The gel rinses away easily with warm water. Reapply whenever dryness, friction, or discomfort appears. The formula is gentle enough for daily use.
