Inspired by the trusted donut pessary design, fem’s Pessary provides effective, everyday support. Its gentle donut-shaped form evenly distributes pressure within the vaginal canal, and is an adaptable solution for users with varying degrees of prolapse. 

Each pessary is single-use and compactly loaded into an applicator for easy insertion and placement. Once inflated, our pessary can be worn for up to 14 days before needing to be removed and replaced.

Our Sizing Kit includes 4 sizes (i.e. Size 1, 2, 3, and 4), designed to fit over 85% of women. If this is your first time using fem’s pessary, we recommend starting with our sizing kit, as our sizing system differs from traditional pessaries. 

Each Sizing Kit includes a simple step-by-step guide to walk you through how to find your best fit. You’ll start with our smallest size and work your way up depending on the comfort and support your body needs. 

You’ll also receive two pessaries in each size, giving you a full month to try, compare, and confirm the size that works best for you.

Follow the included instructions to identify the size that feels supportive, comfortable, and secure during daily movement. 

You have found your perfect size if: 

  • fem’s Pessary fits comfortably and is barely noticeable.
  • Does not slip out of the vagina when walking, running, sneezing, coughing, or having a bowel movement. 
  • You are able to empty your bladder.

Pelvic floor disorders (PFDs) affect one in three women, and nearly half by age 80, occurring when the pelvic floor muscles weaken over time or as a result of injury.

Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) specifically involves the descent of the uterus, bladder, and/or rectum into the vaginal canal. Up to 75% of women who have had a vaginal delivery will experience some degree of prolapse in their lifetime.
